How it works

From the closing bell to your watchlist

One short read after the market shuts, written for the stocks you actually hold.

01

SGX closes

Sentia pulls the day's SGXNet filings and end-of-day prices, then works out what actually moved.

02

Filtered to you

Only the stories that touch your watchlist, explained for a beginner or for someone who knows the basics.

03

Sourced and askable

Every line links to where it came from. Anything unclear, ask the agent. It gives facts, never buy or sell calls.

Why it fell Big US tech stocks tied to AI dropped sharply on Thursday night. The Nasdaq fell 5.5%, and that fear spread across Asia on Friday. Japan fell about 6% and South Korea's market paused trading for 20 minutes. Singapore fell less, but almost everything went down.
